Logistics and acceptance
List transport, clearance, agreed insurance, final delivery, unloading, floor delivery and installation separately. Check package count, labels and condition; document damage with photographs and carrier paperwork.
After delivery
Claims procedure, timing, responsibilities, warranty and spare parts depend on the contract and manufacturer terms. Keep specifications, acceptance records, labels and photographs.
