Overland and by sea — to your property
Road → Road
China by road → border → Russia by road
Road transport in China from the supplier to the border, followed by road transport in Russia to the destination region. Border crossing, cargo handover and delivery to the property are arranged for the order.
Rail → Road
China by rail → agreed handover → Russia by road
A rail leg in China followed by road delivery across Russia to the required region. This combination can be assessed when faster onward delivery to the customer matters; timing is checked for the specific route.
Road → Rail
Supplier → road to terminal → rail → recipient
Collect cargo from suppliers in China by road and deliver it to the agreed rail terminal. Continue by rail and, if required, by road from the station to the recipient. Chinese and Russian legs are specified in the quotation.
Sea → Rail
Chinese ports → Vladivostok / Nakhodka → Russian rail
By sea from Chinese ports to Vladivostok or Nakhodka. Continue across Russia in rail wagons after agreed transloading, or in maritime containers on rail platforms. Final delivery from the station is included in the agreed plan.

These are Hapag-Lloyd reference examples. Dimensions and weights vary by manufacturer and equipment. Packaging, pallets, crates and securing reduce usable space. Route weight limits, door clearance and the loading plan are confirmed before dispatch.
Open Top and Flat Rack can be considered for non-standard cargo. Small shipments can travel as consolidated cargo without booking a whole container.

Document checks begin before dispatch. Customs operations are performed by the declarant or an appointed customs representative, with participation and responsibilities agreed for the shipment.

Commercial and transport documents
Contract and specification, invoice, packing list and transport documents; the exact set depends on the transaction.
Import requirements
Classification, conformity assessment, labelling, payments and other requirements are determined by qualified specialists for the product and import arrangement.

The Russian leg through Primorye and Ussuriysk: cargo reception at the agreed point, transport, transloading, securing and onward delivery across Russia. The Chinese leg and international route are separately coordinated with the shipment participants.
