Project requirements
Selection based on purpose, dimensions, operating conditions and design requirements.
DINA BUILD is a project focused on materials, furniture and interior procurement for residential and commercial spaces. We develop cooperation between clients in Russia and manufacturers in China.

A word from the General Director
Dear clients, partners and colleagues,
Thank you for your interest in DINA BUILD. Our project brings together experience with Chinese manufacturers and an understanding of Russian clients’ requirements. We are developing procurement and fit-out services for residential and commercial properties, with attention to the use of each space, material quality and the rationale behind each decision.
Our work begins with a review of the project brief. Material and furniture selection, sample approval, scope, budget and work stages should form a coherent process. This allows product compatibility, installation conditions and operating requirements to be considered before decisions are finalised.
I believe sound business relationships depend on transparent terms, accurate information and fulfilment of agreed commitments. Where a decision requires a technical calculation, an additional sample or clarification from a manufacturer, these matters should be resolved before an order is placed.
I welcome enquiries from private clients, architects, designers, developers and suppliers. We are ready to discuss individual sourcing requirements as well as complete project procurement. I look forward to professional dialogue and long-term cooperation.

Message from our Chinese partner · China and Russia
Lasting partnerships depend on mutual respect, professional dialogue and shared responsibility for agreed decisions.
Dear clients and partners,
Cooperation between China and Russia creates opportunities in materials, furniture and project fit-out. Realising these opportunities requires accurate communication of client requirements, an understanding of manufacturing capabilities and a clear process for agreeing terms.
Product specifications, samples, finishes and included components are central to discussions with manufacturers. Our role in the partnership is to support a detailed review of these matters so that everyone involved has a common understanding of the agreed requirements.
DINA BUILD’s approach to procurement places emphasis on project details and agreement on responsibilities in advance. I support the development of this cooperation and regard open information exchange as essential to effective work between our Russian and Chinese partners.
I invite clients and business partners to engage with us in professional cooperation. I look forward to work that supports long-term relationships and well-founded project decisions.
Our company story
The team’s professional experience developed in Foshan, one of China’s furniture manufacturing centres. Sourcing visits, work with manufacturers and coordination of interior procurement provided the foundation for the DINA BUILD project.

DINA’s former Foshan office has closed. Photographs and catalogues from that period are retained in the corporate archive.

The initial stage of our work is associated with the Chinese company FOSHAN SHUNDE DINA BUSINESS TRADING IMPORT AND EXPORT CO.LTD.
The archived contract records the company’s registration details as No. 440681000359484, dated 9 May 2012, and names Wang Xiu Yan (王秀艳) as General Director.
The company’s international business engagement is recorded in a Dalexpocenter publication dated 10 February 2015. The exhibition organiser reported talks with company management on preparing a Smart Home exhibition at GOROD 2015 in Vladivostok.

Work in Foshan and the Lecong furniture centre included arranging visits to factories, trading complexes and showrooms. Clients received assistance in comparing offers and selecting products for residential and commercial properties.
Support covered clarification of requirements, visit planning, communication with manufacturers and order documentation. The archive retains Sunrise Logist and Dinadom materials relating to this period.
The Sunrise Logist catalogue describes airport reception, accommodation, visits to furniture centres and manufacturers, interpreting and documentation support. Itineraries were developed around each client’s requirements and preferences.
The names DINA, Dinadom and Sunrise Logist are retained as recorded in the historical sources. Archive references relate to the periods described and do not define the project’s current legal structure.
Expanding client requirements led to integrated sourcing across furniture, kitchens, storage, lighting, sanitary ware, stone, finishes and décor. The priority became coordination of products by function, style and dimensions.
Manufacturer catalogues and information on materials, finishes and configurations supported preliminary selection. This provided a specific agenda for discussions with factories.
The catalogue library supported preliminary range reviews and manufacturer selection. KATALOG materials cover upholstered and cabinet furniture, kitchens, lighting, stone and furnishings, enabling comparison of product form, material, colour and dimensions.
This experience provided a foundation for consulting with private clients, designers, architects and regional buyers. Core tasks included matching offers to project requirements and budgets, clarifying supplier terms and preparing for payment and shipment.
Archival materials also describe pre-shipment inspection, warehousing, export documentation and delivery arrangements to Russia. This experience developed an understanding of the relationship between purchasing, logistics and product acceptance.
KATALOG presents three areas of work: sourcing for private interiors, information support for designers and architects, and product-range and supply coordination for regional buyers. Each required appropriate technical and commercial information.
The Sunrise / Dinadom brochure lists factory orders, pre-shipment checks, warehousing, export documents, consolidated and container transport, customs clearance and insurance. This records the historical scope of services; current terms are agreed in the proposal and contract.
DINA BUILD is developing procurement, renovation, finishing and fit-out services based on an agreed brief. Product selection is considered alongside property conditions, building services, installation and performance requirements.
Development areas include cooperation with professional finishing teams and evaluation of smart-home solutions. Services, specialists, schedules and responsibilities are defined for each project.
The current approach retains the practical experience of working with manufacturers: checking specifications, comparing options and agreeing included components. These skills are applied to the property as a whole, from material selection to coordination with design and installation.
