Discuss your project requirementsFrom a photograph to a procurement brief
Earlier company materials describe three sourcing approaches: a personal visit, working through a designer and remote catalogue selection. For a current project, the format and scope of services are agreed first.
- Choose references and note the codes beneath the photographs.
- Prepare plans, dimensions, quantities and preferred materials.
- Before ordering, agree specific items, samples, packaging, delivery and installation.
Archive and sourcing terms
This collection uses the Yunfu, Louvre and Red Star furniture-centre, Octopus décor-centre and Zhongshan lighting archives, alongside Sanfi ceramics materials. The sourcing approaches are based on an archived furniture purchasing workflow document. Earlier promotions, tariffs and guarantees are not current terms.
Before your project
Good choices are in the details
Three things worth discussing before ordering.
01A sample under your lighting
View the sample in daylight and evening light beside the floor and furniture. A screen cannot reproduce colour and texture precisely.
02More than the visible surface
Clarify the substrate, fixings, edges and joints. An attractive material must also fit the complete assembly.
03Compare the same scope
Compare prices using the same units, included items and delivery scope. Note exclusions separately.
