How we source in China

From your Primorye project requirements to comparable manufacturer and showroom offers.

Five sourcing steps

  1. 01 · Your brief

    Dimensions, photos, quantities, budget range and required date. Identify fixed choices and acceptable substitutions.

  2. 02 · Compare offers

    Compare intended use, model references, set contents and terms. Manufacturer and showroom are different roles: identify the maker and contracting party.

  3. 03 · Samples and checks

    Assess colour and texture on samples. Request documents, instructions and compatibility information for the selected product. Flag unknowns rather than promise certainty.

  4. 04 · Agreed specification

    Record dimensions, materials, configuration, packaging and substitution rules. Model changes require agreement before ordering.

  5. 05 · Supply and acceptance

    Agree payment, route, timing, delivery, assembly and damage handling separately. Sourcing does not automatically include every service.

Responsibilities and limits

The contract should identify the sourcing provider, seller, carrier and installer, and each party’s deliverables and responsibilities. Engineering, mandatory-requirement checks, customs clearance and installation are not included without agreement.

This describes the workflow, not a completed supply. Real inspection photos will be published after provenance and permissions are confirmed.
