01

Starting information

Prepare the contract and specification, invoice, packing list, importer information and product descriptions with photos. Transport documents depend on the leg: road or rail consignment note, or bill of lading. The final set is determined for the transaction and shipment.

02

A record for every package

List reference, item count, package number, length, width, height, net and gross weight. Add photos of closed packaging and labels. Flag orientation and stacking restrictions for fragile goods; agree crating before collection.

03

Before paying for transport

The offer should identify the route, included services, exclusions, quote validity and delay charges. Clarify customs payments, conformity requirements and insurance separately. Requirements may differ for furniture, lighting and sanitary ware.
