Layout reasoning
Furniture layout, use scenarios and constraints. Compare alternatives by practicality as well as appearance.
DINA BUILD
Keep a breakfast spot and a practical worktop in a small separate kitchen.

Suggested area: 6–9 m²
An L-shaped layout without an island. Upper cabinets use the height; a small table keeps the centre clear.
Matt fronts, a wood texture and a washable splashback. Colours are checked against physical samples.
Check the fridge position, appliance openings, ventilation and access to utilities. The concept does not assume relocating the kitchen.
Furniture layout, use scenarios and constraints. Compare alternatives by practicality as well as appearance.
A finish, furniture and lighting schedule with dimensions and priorities forms the basis for discussing China manufacturer and showroom sourcing.
A list of needed drawings, checks and samples. Price, delivery, installation and permitted substitutions are agreed before ordering, not inferred from a rendering.
This is a proposed scope for discussion, not a ready documentation package. Surveys, drawings, engineering calculations, approvals and supervision are specified separately in the contract.
A concept explains how zones connect, why furniture is selected and which materials shape the interior. It establishes a direction but does not contain every fabrication or installation dimension and detail.
The next step is a survey and an agreed documentation schedule. One property may need a local furniture layout; another may require elevations, specifications and specialist engineers. This site presents concepts, not construction-ready designs.
Compare like-for-like dimensions, materials, hardware, finishes, quantities and set contents. Similar images do not establish identical construction or quality. Account separately for packaging, transport, assembly and maintenance.
Approve a physical sample and allowed substitutions before a batch order. For resorts, retaining references and repeat-order options matters: a one-off saving can complicate repairs and furniture replacement.
Area is not the only factor. Existing condition, alterations, bespoke furniture, engineering constraints and delivery sequence also matter. Separate essentials from wishes and identify what can be retained.
Use one schedule and consistent inputs when comparing options. A total without scope, exclusions and delivery terms cannot show final expenditure. We do not promise a price or timeline from an illustration alone.
