Describe each zone
Do not make a generic house-material list. Separate living spaces, entrance, bathrooms, terrace and facade. State which rooms are heated continuously, used seasonally or outdoors. Tell the supplier the location of a coastal property. Suitability depends on product documentation and the design, not a claim that it suits every climate.
Coordinate finish and substrate
A panel or tile is only part of a solution. Include substrate, fixing, junctions, service access and care in the enquiry. Choose cladding together with its installation method. Ask which components are included and which are separate. Resolve unknown use conditions before selecting a model.
Check samples and replacement
Compare colours together in daylight and evening light. Record the model, approved sample, accepted variation and repair reserve. For hardware, ask about replacement parts. Request evidence for European-technology claims for the actual configuration; a country name alone does not establish quality.
