Guest and operating needs
Guests value sleep, lighting, luggage space and bathroom convenience. Operators consider cleaning time, equipment access and replacing damaged items. Include both perspectives, room type, occupancy, season and equipment. Double and twin rooms need different furniture and bedside arrangements.
Prepare a pilot room
Before a full-property order, agree one set: bed, mattress, bedside tables, lights, curtains, storage and finishes. Check dimensions, switch access and cleaning routes. Assess fabric and finish samples together. If a physical pilot room is not possible, distinguish document checks from checks still needed on site.
Compare complete supply scopes
Separate product price, packaging, delivery, assembly and spare elements. Record models and substitution approvals: visually similar items may not be interchangeable. Retain specifications and samples for repeat orders. Confirm quantities, schedule and China supply terms separately; a room image is not a price or stock promise.
