Documentation for DINA specialists
Our specialists complete work-visa and required authorisation procedures for official employment on projects in Russia. This establishes work eligibility; it is not specialist licensing. A work visa does not replace a work permit where one is required. Documents are checked individually; the same procedure cannot be promised for every nationality.
Right to work
Immigration status and the right to work are checked separately from practical experience. Article 13 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ sets a general authorisation framework and exceptions. Required documents depend on individual status; there is no single document suitable for every foreign specialist.
Evidence of qualifications
Independent qualification assessment is a professional examination at an authorised assessment centre. Successful candidates receive a qualification certificate. This is neither a work permit nor a universal builder licence. Requirements must be checked for the specific occupation and role.
Clearance for the assignment
Before work starts, agree the task list and establish which training, briefings and special clearances it requires. Company self-regulatory organisation membership and individual employee documentation are separate matters. This article does not establish that DINA is authorised to issue state permits or qualification-assessment certificates.
